Application Process

Food Producers wishing to become Members at the Center for Culinary Enterprises must complete an online application form and pay an annual membership fee.

Below are the requirements to use the Center for Culinary Enterprises.

Philadelphia Office of Food Protection Food Safety Certificate

❏ Liability Insurance Policy

❏ Menu and/or List of Ingredients

❏ Workers Compensation Insurance (if needed)

HACCP Plan (if employing a regulated process)

Wholesale Food Manufacturers/Processors, Distributors and Warehouses (if you are a wholesale producer)

Mobile Food Vending Unit Plan (if you operate a food truck)

Notification

The Enterprise Center will notify applicants of approval or disapproval within 10 business days after receipt of all core documents.

Approved Member

Approved members will be given access to the online reservation system to schedule kitchen rentals.
